Randy, Although I have never met Todd myself, I find his stories quite far fetched at times, and overtly dramatic. Sadly in this field, once you are labeled as a hoaxer it can never be undone. It seems in the past Todd has hoaxed more than one "event", and thus the general distrust for him as a researcher. Also, just because he impressed someone who holds a PhD, does not in any way shape nor form prove that he is genuine, it only shows that even people with advanced degrees can be fooled just as easily as the next person. To put it bluntly, if 1/2 of what Todd claims is authentic, then was should have indisputable and reproducible proof the Bigfoot exist - since we do not have that proof, logic would dictate that he does not have the proof, thus is lying and a hoaxer. Please prove me wrong! Richard That damn near sums up everything I was thinking. Thanks Richard!

One thing I found interesting was some of the work done by Steve Kulls where he found that Standing back in 2004 was hiring actors for a production. Then about a year later was when his videos started appearing. Here is the link to Kulls' page on Standing and Sylvanic: squatchdetective.weebly.com/sylvanic--todd-standing.html Plus Kathy Strain was asked on Rictor Riolo's podcast if she thought the two faces of supposed Sasquatch from Standing were what she saw in Oklahoma in 2012, and her response was "Hell, no!!!" LOL And it certainly was not what I saw in 1984 either. Here is the link to the interview with Kathy: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pwn0kOEXUkM Here are the links to the two-part review of Survivorman: Bigfoot from Rictor, Tammy Murray, Steve Alcorn and Kathy Strain: www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZ0Nr2Yu27g www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvT9sWm8KXY

I hadn't heard that before. And thanks for taking the time to give us the links. Do you have your 1984 sighting posted anywhere?

Thanks for the link to your sightings, hb. My first sighting was in the early 80s, as well, but I haven't had a second yet, though I get out in the mountains as often as possible. In fact, Jason, myself, and a couple of others are out early tomorrow AM for a hike through a recent sighting area.

You wouldn't happen to be the famous Henry May would you? Do you live in Woodstock? I lived in Cobb County for about 7 years and was a police officer in Atlanta from 2001 to 2007. I am familiar with a lot of the BFRO reports from the Allatoona and Red Top area. Aloha, Jason

I would be, and AM. I lived in Woodstock for about a year-and-a-half before my Mom, sister and I moved to Mississippi. In fact we moved here a week after that encounter because my folks got divorced and we have lived here for over 30 years. Very cool that you lived in Cobb County. My Dad lives in Marietta.

Glad you are here Henry. I have enjoyed your YouTube Channel over the years not just for the sasquatch information but also because I get updated on the wrestling world! I saw you at the John Green tribute and glad you were able to make it up here for that. When I saw your forum handle, I kinda put 2 and 2 together. We were talking about you at breakfast yesterday morning, and everyone had nothing but great things to say about you -- especially Thomas. Aloha, Jason

That is awesome, Jason!!!!!! Please give my best to everyone, including Thomas. He was nice enough to give me a place to stay the last night I was in BC, and I will always be appreciative to him for that. I enjoyed myself so much in BC, and would love to come back one day and do some 'Squatching with Thomas and Bill Miller. Thanks for the kind words.

But here are cool links showing Todd is growing in his field, he seems to be impressing the PHd's (the educated ones) and hard core survivalists like Stroud. Thanks Randy Todd. The same can be said about the crew of the 'Finding Bigfoot' show, so what is your point. Standing hasn't convinced PhDs of anything, but rather they have paid attention to things that he has said and wish to call him on it. I know this because I speak with the PhDs so to get a better idea of what's really going on. As far as a hoaxer .... what wild creature can look right at a camera from the front and then again with the camera now being close to the subjects feet as its aimed up at the alleged creatures face and yet the alleged creature just ignores it. Standing is obviously not bright enough not to overplay his hand and in an effort to look to be on top of the field .... he is making mistakes. Steenburg calls it the 'Ivan Marx Syndrome'.

Time will tell Richard time will tell =) Sorry time won't tell, there it nothing for it to say. Once you are labeled a liar or a cheat, you are always a liar or a cheat. Proof is in the pudding. Until he provides evidence to an impartial university for analysis (which is evaluated to be authentic), he will always be just a hoaxer and thus a liar. I would be more than willing to facilitate the transfer of evidence if he so needs, as will a dozen other people. The problem is simple, he does not have any to provide! So instead of time telling me, let HIM tell me, show the authentic verified evidence and I will gladly apologize for doubting him. Richard
