Hey there. Had been inundating myself with youtube Sasquatch documentries and came by one that raised a unknown question for me.
Think it was Washinton state or mabey Colorado but he apparently had established migration patterns with the areas and had them all mapped out with coloured tacks ect....
like where their were consistently more reportings year over year in some areas at certain times - he seemed to maintain their were obviosly differences.
Asumming that was valid was wondering if anyone has ever dont that with sighting reports over different parts of bc or a larger geo area even?
If you could come up with something accurate and a pattern then u know where u need to be area wise mabey?
Anyhow - just curious if theres any such data available - Tnks

To come up with a usable geographical profile you would need accurate map grid references, at least 6 figure if possible, GPS data even better. These could then be entered into a Geographical Information System and a distribution pattern produced, of course the more data you have the more useful your distribution would be. However one would need to have a very strict criteria for deciding what "evidence" justified entry into the software in the first instance. I don't know how accurately most encounters are plotted but I doubt many who claim to have them would be able to produce significantly accurate spatial data. Unless of course there main reason for being in a particular place was Sasquatch related research?

Too true. And any end result, as you pointed out..is only as good as the date which it was built upon. And we all know that anecdotal reports are not scientific data. So I would be very leery of anyone who claims inside knowledge about 'migration' theories.
