has someone come forward about sightings at the infantry training school in ft. Bening, Georgia? back in the 80's when I was stationed at Bening, The companie's first seargent once said...if you see bigfoot, you are a soldier now and there is no need for complaining or waining about it. He also stated that only a child would cry about seeing one. He also warned us that they have not hurt noone and that they are unarmed. Shooting one is out of the question and he was really serious about this. One day at the M-60 machine gun range, a deer ran right in front of the targets, with 30 m-60 machine gun firing full automatic you know the fate of the poor animal. A leutenant that arrived moments prior to this incident simply told the company commander(captain) yes I saw one, but he did not run into the firing lane.
