The latter one is probably up the trail toward either Lindeman Lake or Radium Lake, both popular hikes from the Chilliwack Lake campground area. I found footprints at the south end of Chilliwack Lake, and another member here found cedar harvesting marks near here too. It wasn't Mt. Slesse, if that is the one you mean. Was there an incident at Mt. Slesse?

Chilliwack Lake print looks like something was digging in the soil
I think he was referring to the dual sighting on Mount Archibald back in June!

I agree, it looks like hoof marks digging, maybe for trufflles.

You see this might have been a mildly interesting report..but to show that excavation and name it a sasquatch footprint.....has to make you wonder about where the evidence bar for the BFRO is placed! That investigation is embarrassing!

I agree that the photo is less that ideal, but i just have to question a couple of things. First is the type of soil? I can't tell from the photo if the soil is hard packed or soft, but on a trail, i would think hard packed? Second is the lack of any pile of recently disturbed soil (eg. digging). In a case like that, with the print, at least, could a cast have answered some questions? One thing that did impress me was the comment related to the sound he heard in relation to the lung capacity. That, in addition to the profound sound of emotion of some sort in what i heard at one time, was a factor that really stood out for me, as well - the lung capacity. It's still all pretty interesting - i'd love to get some stats on how perception or belief in the creature affects perception! Chrissie

Well the report seems ok, just that footprint doesn't really seem right--and the "toes" are just the right size and shape for deer hoof marks. But I'd love to see a picture of the other footprint mentioned there! I wonder which hike he found this on...Radium Lake, maybe?
