Totally looks fake. That close, you'd think if the Grassman was "real", it would have acknowledged the people near by.

I don't know how to copy and paste the link...but if you look at the footage called : Bigfoot Slowed Down & Magnified Its very cool! And looks completely authentic. Please do let me know what you all think? Thanks, Chrissie My thoughts are that even with a decent camera, its gonna be a challenge to get footage

Grassman looks like someone ambling about in a very old gorilla costume! No sasquatch I ever heard of ambles from side to side like a drunk sailor. They are supposed to be fluid like in their movements and straight as an arrow!
You can also note that the person in the outfit knows nothing of this..because he continually tried to walk on all fours like an ape!

Can't really tell if the video hold any truth, but that jump from 0.20 to 0.24 was more like ten plus feet.

Before jumping to the conclusion that because this one doesn't "fit" the usual conception of a Sasquatch, consider that not all of them are young and fit. This may be an old woman sasquatch who is relegated to babysitting and foraging slowly for things like mushrooms and frogs. The being does look like a waddling old woman looking for something closely in the tall grass. I had an aunt that looked exactly like that when she was mushroom hunting. LOL I guess that's what I'm starting to look like now when I'm mushroom hunting too! And also this one appears to be wearing furs or something around the waist and on the shoulders. Somehow it doesn't walk like a young person conducting a hoax, it walks like an old forager or street person. An old weathered individual who can't be bothered with the camera. edit to add, It almost looks like a baby in a back sac of some kind, with the baby's head situated very high. Almost like the Inuit women the way they carry their babies in their hoods. That might be why the gait is so wierd too, she may be carrying a weight up there. The baby. Maybe...

What is the story behind that bit of film?
The one about "bigfoot slowed down and magnified" I mean.
Usually a researcher would not try to identify by name what is being shown until it is actually proven, all I could see there is "something" moving about, what that "something" could be is open to interpretation.
To call it "bigfoot", which term I personally despite, is "jumping the gun".
Obviously more indepth research is required.
Are there better copies of that "bit of film"?

Well from what I saw Seb, it hung from an overhead branch and dropped to the ground, not really jumped. As Yukonred said..too bad that there is no story behind that one. One minute it seems to be charging or acting aggressively and then.. it is just mildly walking along unconcerned. What was the story of the guy who was appearantly being pursued? And why has no report ever appeared anywhere? And where did this take place? Sequoia National Forest? Out -takes from Harry and the Hendersons?

OK, here is a photo showing this: See how it appears like a roll at the neck area? If the woman's head was a lot closer to the shoulders and more sasquatch like it would look almost like what you see there. image citation: www.windows.ucar.edu/tour/link=/earth/polar/inuit_image_gallery.html

why did the camera man not see this thing walking out in the open to the right of the camera or record it then? Seems kinda strange to me.

As a video hobbiest, I was wondering the same thing myself! I think that the audio track would have given a lot away as well!

[ Before jumping to the conclusion that because this one doesn't "fit" the usual conception of a Sasquatch, consider that not all of them are young and fit. In order to survive in the countryside I think that they would have to be very fit! Or they would not survive for long. You are assuming volumes without any evidence to support it Where does that get anyone? How can you base a conclusion on a string of erroneous evidence and hope to learn anything about a creature? It is called a cheap ape suit! Now you see! To me it looks exactly like a young person carrying out a hoax. This person has no sense of a sasquatch's alleged locomotion. He is walking like he thinks an ape should walk! Why on earth would an animal be carrying another animal in a back sack?
