Actually, Bil was demonstrating the width of the shoulder spread which would be necessary to compare to the size of the creature reported! His intent was to show that it was much larger then a mere human physique!

Thank you so much for the information. I'd love to drive out that way and hike a bit. Don't know what i'd be looking for but sounds exciting to me! I understand the gentleman who saw the creature is having difficulty attributing the title bigfoot or sasquatch to what he saw however, i wonder if some of that is a response to how difficult it is to place a creature that looks so much like a human being into any particular schema we may have developed throughout the years in response to all the different types of "wild life" we have been exposed to. Shock and denial kinda go hand in hand!

It is funny that some people do not want to believe what they saw...while others want to believe in what they did not see! Go figure!

oh yeah! There are bears up there - got the t-shirt! And bears that don't seem to terribly shy of humans. Taking a photo of one and observing behaviors that certainly weren't fearful of people. The coyotes present with the same "attitude". Seemingly very unfearful of humans. sooooooo...is anybody planning on trekking up this way in the coming week? I'd love to go up there again! Chrissie
