The three guys on this show are guys I have known for years. I like them. I don't know the lady, but she seems nice enough. However, I can see what the TV critics are moaning about. Animal Planet is based on documentaries chronicling wildlife. Yes they have had a crypto series before with Animal X. However, on Animal X they were not finding cryptids every week like FB seems to be doing.
The show strains the boundaries of credibility, but that is what the networks want. Last year when Thomas, Gerry, Adam and myself tried to pitch a TV program, some networks thought we were too objective and scientific!! They want more jolting camera shots and contacts with unknown animals.
FB gives them that. Too bad they don't want truth just the thrills.

Re-slant the pitch, just a little... "Four Canadian cross-dressers, search for cryptids deep in the Canadian bush." That sort of a show, would be snapped up in NY minute. ;D
