Howdy,
I've been researching Sasquatch since an early age and have become fascinated with all the creatures under the Cryptozoology field. But anyways, I live in Campbell River on Vancouver Island and have failed to find anyone whom has a remote interest in Sasquatch. It seems that this forum is rarely used anymore but if someone by chance stumbles across this please feel free to get ahold of me. Either send me an e-mail or an message on here.

Hi Ranger, and everyone else here. I recently discovered this site and decided to join the forum. I have been researching sasquatch for 28 years, since I was 13. I do not belong to, nor am I a member of any sasquatch research organization. Out of thoes 28 years I lived on Vancouver Island for 9 years, 2 of which I lived in Camble River before moving to the Victoria area. While living on the island, I discovered a family unit. Based on my investigation of this area I have concluded that this area houses a sasquatch family unit and they have lived there for years, year round. I am now living in Edmonton, and I go to this area once every 2 months. I am going there again in September. These are my plans. September 13 - approx. 5pm leave Edmonton. Approx. 12 hours later arrive at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal near Vancouver, no rush. Catch 7am ferry from the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. Approx. 1 Hour 35 Min. ferry ride. 1 Hour drive to site. Camp site and motel option close by. I'm pitching a tent in the bush. The washrooms are in the bush and there is a great little lake 5 min. from my tent that is awsome for swimming Leaving late Sunday to catch the 9pm ferry back to the mainland and then home.

I am camping at a specific location. I will remain in the bush the entire time. The entire time will be spent on sasquatch research. Verry little sleep and lots of fun.

There are a couple of Sasquatch researchers from Vancouver Island that hang out at www.bigfootforums.com/ you may want to post there Back in the late 1970's early 80's I spent a few summers and fall hunting seasons around Campbell River, I loved it there

suluquaw2014, I'm part of a small active group in the central Fraser Valley, and would be interested in hearing about your research. Since you've posted in a Vancouver Island thread, I assume that you're located there, so our group may not be able to assist you in person, but we definitely want to gather as much info as possible on the subject. If you don't want to post here in the open forum, please feel free to PM me.

You might want to edit out the specific location in your post above, or you may find unwanted visitors interfering with your research. As a rule, it's wise to keep exact locations to yourself, and trusted colleagues only. This is something I had to learn when I joined my group; in my enthusiasm, I posted details that I was chided for revealing, and when the level of local hoaxing was explained to me, I could certainly see why my new buddies were upset with me.
Good luck with your research, I wish I could join you in 5 weeks, but cost and logistics will probably keep me from getting over there.

Just be careful of people that claim to know where a sasquatch will be or claims ongoing contact with them Alarm bells go off in my head when people claim this
